This policy explains what happens to information when you visit kingsandkingdomsofficial.com or send us a message. It describes what this website actually does, and nothing more.
This is a small website with a limited data footprint. We do not currently use advertising, analytics or public user accounts. If you contact us through our inquiry form, we use the information you provide to review and respond to your message. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information necessary to operate and deliver the website.
Our Press & Partners page has one form. It asks for:
You decide what to put in the message. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form.
We collect this information so that we can review your inquiry and respond to it. If your inquiry leads to a working relationship, we may keep the correspondence as part of the record of that relationship.
We do not use inquiry information for marketing. There is no mailing list to join.
When you send the form, two things happen. Your message is emailed to us at contact@kingsandkingdomsofficial.com, and a copy is stored in this website’s own system so that we do not lose it.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and our email. They may process information as needed to provide those services to us.
We may share information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
Our standard retention period for ordinary inquiry information is up to twelve months.
If an inquiry develops into an active business, rights, contractual, legal or similar matter, we may retain the relevant records for longer where that matter requires it.
Retention is managed manually rather than through automatic deletion.
Our hosting infrastructure may set a technical cookie named hcdn as part of delivering and operating the website. In our current testing, we did not identify analytics or advertising cookies being set by the site.
We do not use any analytics, measurement, advertising or social media tracking service on this website.
Based on the current verified technical footprint, no consent banner or preferences centre is implemented for this version of the site. This position remains subject to qualified jurisdiction-specific privacy review.
The typefaces used in our design are served from our own domain rather than from a third-party font service, so viewing this site does not send a request to an outside font provider.
This website does not currently embed video or other content from third-party services. Where we link to our documentary work or to our social media accounts, those are ordinary links that take you to another website.
Our social media icons and some of our links take you to websites we do not control, such as YouTube and Instagram. Once you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of that website applies, not this one. We would encourage you to read it.
We take reasonable care with the information you send us. Access to inquiry information is limited to those who need it to respond.
No website or email system can be made completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please bear that in mind when deciding what to include in a message.
